Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has exciting opportunities in the HR Department. We are looking for talented individuals with the relevant skills and experience for the Human Resources Learnership, which is based in Phoenix.

Responsibilities

• Be registered on a full qualification aligned with Human Resources
• Receive structured theoretical training and workplace experience
• Be exposed to key HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training & development, employee relations, and HR administration
• Work alongside experienced HR professionals and receive mentorship and support
• Be evaluated regularly on performance and competence

Qualifications

• A Grade 12 qualification WITH Maths/ Maths Literacy and English (pass rate of at least 40%) is essential
• Proficiency in English and any other South African language
